Woo! Slice n Dice!
Dexter has been renewed for not just Season 4, but up to Season 5.
Showtime has that much faith in the show, they decided to give it the ultimate stamp of approval.
The question is, will Jimmy Smits be around to see Season 5 as well? Hell, even Season 4.
